Crave Jade Sweets is a home bakery that operates under Texas Cottage Food Law and is not subject to state licensing or inspection. All items are
baked fresh to order and intended for immediate consumption or proper storage. Please follow any provided storage instructions to maintain
freshness and food safety.
Allergen Notice: All products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, fruit, wheat, soy, peanuts,
tree nuts and other allergens. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
Payment & Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. This secures your spot on our baking calendar and ensures timely preparation. We accept credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.
Design & Personalization: Each item is handmade and uniquely decorated. While we strive to match your vision, slight variations may occur due
to the artisanal nature of our work. We love collaborating—feel free to share inspiration photos, themes, or color palettes!
Custom orders may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature of our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Order Lead Time: We kindly ask that custom orders be placed at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to plan, prep, and bake with the attention
your treats deserve. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and a rush fee may be added to the order.
Delivery & Pickup: Local delivery and pickup options are available and will be coordinated at the time of order. Once items have been delivered or
picked up, we are no longer responsible for their condition.
Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or
exchanges. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible—while refunds aren’t available, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes
when possible.
