Cottage Food Operation:
We operate under Texas Cottage Food Law, which means our bakery is not subject to state inspection or licensing. All items are prepared in a private residence that is not a commercial kitchen.

Allergen Notice:
Our kitchen handles ingredients including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. While we do our best to prevent

cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Handmade & Custom:
Each item is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance. That’s the beauty of small-batch baking—no two cookies are exactly alike, but

every one is made with love, quality ingredients and sealed for freshness.

 

Order Lead Time:
To ensure quality and availability, we kindly ask that custom orders be placed at least 7 days in advance. Rush orders may be accepted depending

on our schedule, but are not guaranteed.

Pickup & Delivery:
Local pickup and delivery options are available and will be coordinated after your order is confirmed. Once items are picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for their condition.

Payment & Refunds:
Full payment is required to confirm your order. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Photography & Sharing:
We love celebrating your sweet moments! Photos of your order may be shared on our social media or website. If you prefer your treats not be photographed, just let us know—we’re happy to respect your wishes.

Storage & Consumption:
Our treats are best enjoyed fresh! Please follow any provided storage instructions to maintain quality and food safety. We are happy to offer tips

on how to store cookies, brownies, and other goodies.
