Our items may contain or come in contact with food allergens that include dairy, soy, peanuts, fish, shellfish, gluten, wheat, eggs, fruit and tree nuts. If you or the recipients have food allergies, restrictions or sensitivities, PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME OUR BAKED ITEMS!
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
 
Though we ship our baked items with care and package them well, we cannot ensure that cookies will not be broken when received. We are not liable for damaged, stolen or late packages that arrive via USPS. All packages are shipped via Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 days for delivery once your order is completed and shipped.
 
The baked items are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the State of Texas Health Dept.
